The North End Neighbours Culture Fest began as an idea to bring together the many cultures of the North End in one fun-filled family-focused free one day festival. The event features multicultural entertainment, food, displays and activities, under the theme of ‘sharing our cultures, building relationships’. The event also encourages people to stand in solidarity with each other, and to embrace our cultural differences.
This year, we will be featuring diverse communites: Indigenous, Ukrainian, Jewish, Filipino, Haitian, and more. Hosted by the AUUC, Regroupement Des Haitiens Du Manitoba, United Jewish Peoples Order, Merchants Corner, Social Planning Council of Winnipeg, CEDA, and others.
