Children attending the picnic will receive hot dogs, balloons, entertainment, inflatable rides and a entry in a free bike raffle! The picnic is open to all members of Winnipeg Labour Council affiliated unions , their families and the children of Rossbrook House, Andrews Street Family Centre and the Winnipeg Boys and Girls Club.
